3. Formal Proposal & Retainer:

   Following our discussion, I’ll secure your build slot.

Q: How do the payment & retainer work?

To keep processing fees to a minimum for high-value bespoke pieces, commissions are paid via Direct Bank Transfer (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD) or via Wise.

• Deposit: A 50% deposit secures your build slot and initiates material sourcing.

• Final Balance: The remaining 50% is due upon completion before shipping.

• Payment Options: We accept electronic bank transfers (ACH in the US, SEPA in Europe, Wire Transfers globally, or local transfer via Wise). Detailed transfer details will be provided directly on your invoice.
