The Outdoor Cooler – Born Out of Backyard Necessity
It all started at a neighborhood party. My neighbour and I were standing around, drinks in hand, both complaining about the same thing — having to bend over every time we wanted a cold one. By the third trip to the cooler, our backs had had enough.
So we started joking:
“What if the cooler was tall enough to meet us halfway?”
“Yeah, and had a bottle opener built right in!”
“And wheels — so we could roll it to wherever the party goes.”
“Oh, and a drain — but one you don’t have to wrestle the cooler out for!”
“And of course,” I said, “it should look good enough to live on the patio year-round.”
A couple of weekends, a few boards, and some sawdust later — the Outdoor Cooler was born.
Here’s what it brings to the party:
Comes with the water cooler included — ready to fill with ice and drinks.
Standing height design — no more back-bending for beverages.
Built-in bottle opener (because you shouldn’t have to go hunting).
Four caster wheels to roll wherever the fun is.
Rear drain access — melt the ice, not your patience.
Two heavy-duty self-closing hinges with adjustable recoil.
Wrapped in pressure-treated outdoor lumber that looks right at home in any backyard.
Each one is built around a Coleman cooler (or something similar in size — color may vary). Need a different size? Shoot me a message and I’ll build one that fits your setup perfectly.
Approx. Dimensions: 30” W × 42” H × 20” D
Every cooler is made to order — I don’t keep them in stock. From the day you order, it usually takes about four weeks until delivery. I’ll keep you posted along the way.
I personally deliver all coolers within about 80–100 km of Milton, Ontario.
And if the website gives you trouble with your postal code at checkout, no worries — just send me an email and I’ll sort it out faster than your ice melts.
